Hi! New user here, I've been visiting this forum for a while now and has finally created an account because of some unanswered questions that had been bothering me since the set reports.

So let's get straight to business, we already know Vivian's family has a connection to the movies new MacGuffin but what is that connection really? We can already quess it has something to do with the bearded knight with the staff but what else ties her with the MacGuffin. My theory is that Hot Rod is Vivians guardian and has been for some time and he is the real connection to the MacGuffin somehow. Since we now know he is actually the Citroen DS (Vivians car) this little theory seems to coming true.

Sorry if it was a bit of a long read,I just wanted to share my crazy little theory. What are your thoughts on this?

 

Sounds like it could come true. If a "guardian" is such a thing (like Bumblebee being Sam's guardian) I can see other Cybertronians being guardians to other humans.
