Holy crap. I already have them, but that's the first time I've heard of those being at an actual chain store anywhere in NoVA.

 

Same with myself I already got them months ago from BBTS. I had to do a double take because by this point in time I figured they would never hit retail.

 

I already bought them at Kroger, but I'd be all over those otherwise. It's good to see this stuff starting to pop up.

 

I just got back from the Manassas Mall WalMart. They still had 2 Landmins as of 8:30 this morning. They still have a sea of Windblades, though. I know most of you are looking for that figure.

The Landmine and SubMariner Prime Masters seem to be hitting saturation as I have seen them in a half dozen Walmarts now. Target still continues to disappoint.

 

I went to Fairlakes and Chantilly expo walmart, neither had anything.

There has to be a distribution problem. Only one store in a 20 mile radius got SS wave two voyagers in. That was Dulles Landing Walmart.
How many stores got Hun-Gurr and Elita-1 in?

I can understand the frustration some of you are feeling. Realistically, we shouldn't have to do half the nonsense that we're doing to get these toys.

Real quick edit: The more I think about it, the more I feel that we would be finding the new stuff at TRU if they weren't currently closing. I remember always being able to find wave 2 stuff of any wave at TRU when Target and Walmart didn't have anything. Especially Sterling TRU. This might be that first glimpse of all of us having a harder time finding new items because of a lack of TRU.

I know you're kidding, but I really do feel like I spread my bad luck around when I hunt more. I feel like when I'm not hitting stores as often the stuff shows up more.

Yes there is a distribution problem and the embargo in place in recent years(smaller stores not getting their shot at orders until Walmart gets theirs) doesn't help at all.

From what I've noticed, if something starts showing up at multiple Walmarts in multiple states, that's a good time to go hunting. For example, I found Rodimus Unicronus(a few months ago) and Studio Series wave 2 voyagers not long after the initial sightings across different states.

Have any of you noticed your local Ollie's restocking with TR deluxes?

 

They still have one Landmine at Manassas mall Walmart. Libera had nothing. Neither did the Walmart off of 29 in fairfax.
Fairlakes Target was barren as always, as was Manassas West Target.
