The only thing I could guess is that it was stock that got pushed behind something and sat there for a few years. Otherwise, yea, I have to imagine someone pulled a fast one.

 

All sorts of things turn up at inventory time. The warehouses of large retail stores are like seedy little ferrets, they steal everything but eventually whatever is lost is found again when you go looking in all the little nooks and crannies.

 

Looks like someone scooped up those Generations Kups. Nothing interesting in the Fair Lakes Target or Walmart. Reston Target has another TR Six Shot.

 

Also, I saw these three gems at the Walmart in Gainsville.

Tuesday night I saw a case-worth of wave 3 and 1 IDW Chromedome, 1 Galvatron, PMOP, Apeface and 2-3 Brawn Titanmasters at Grassfield Walmart. Kroger marketplace at Chesapeake has pegs full of deluxes waves 1-3, as well as 2 Wheelies and 3 Rewinds. The 5 Below in the same shopping center has a bunch of the 1st RID Minicon 4 packs for $5(non-weaponizers) and non-weaponizer $3 Minicons.

 

Wow, an actual IDW head sighting! I wish we'd see some.

I was there around 11:30 AM on Sunday morning as well, but I didn't see one.

You must have snagged it before I got there... LOL!

In your pic you have 3 of them, but did you see the 4th one with Hit Girl's body and someone else's head?

 

Isn't IDW the norm for Hasbro? I thought the outlier was the Takara G1 head.

Walgreens Route 1/Lorton Rd had 1x Perceptor,Kup, and Topspin

 

No, someone must have bought it. I thought about getting Legolas for my wife but ended up passing.

 

I did a tour of Walgreens in Loudon County and managed to find a Kup and a Perceptor. Kup was misassembled with two right tailgates, so if anyone out there got two left tailgates then I have a proposal for you!

Also, spotted a SixShot at Winchester Target south today. Didn't need it so afaik it's still there.

 

Fredericksburg TRU had three of Titans Return Leader Class Sky Shadow this morning.

 

No such luck at Short Pump TRU.
