Just stopped by the Forest Hill Target in Richmond. I spoke with a very polite young lady who informed me that the TFP toys aren't supposed to be set until 2/26, and that's why they're not on the floor. I asked if there was any way to get them now, and she told me, again very politely, "no."

Got mine in Fairfax last week... had a TRU friend hook me up with the entire first wave though, he's hard to find.

 

Both manassas targets have him.. Neither will go in the back and get him out. jerks..
