Has anyone seen SS Scavenger anywhere?

 

Found not 1 but 2 SS Jetfires at Target in Norfolk, Military Hwy

 

I was in Winchester last Monday and every Walmart out there had at least 6 or more on the shelves. Front Royal had 10 or more. No cassettes though.

 

Most of the Targets around NoVA have had at least 1 case. Scrapper is the more popular of the two as there will be a Sentinel Prime or two but no Scrapper.

 

As for my recent sighting of them in Mechanicsville, it was in person. There were at least 8 Soundwaves and 3 cassette sets. I bought one of each.

I definitely see what you're saying about Brickseek giving misleading info though. Recently, while searching for hard to get cleaning supplies I'd check Walmart's site first. If it showed they had something elusive I needed (disinfectant wipes, etc) I'd then check Brickseek for the Netflix exclusives and for the G1 reissues at that store so my time out could be spent efficiently. On more than one occasion Brickseek would say 6+ of them at a store I was already going to and there'd be none there even if I was one of the first people inside. To be fair, Walmart's website itself has proven to be far from accurate with important stuff I'm looking for too and it absolutely wastes our time and causes unnecessary trips out of the house for real essentials. This was true long before Covid but is all the more frustrating now. In the "old days" seeing a sighting of a new figure could get me to make a trip just for it. Now I only look for figures if I'm already going for something I never thought would be hard to find like paper towels.

 

Maybe I should have headed on down there today after wasting my time going down to Fredericksburg. Oh well I guess it just wasn't meant to be.

 

So nobody has seen the Neflix deluxes in VA yet? I've been checking Short Pump Walmart every few days when I do my shopping, usually super early and haven't seen anything. Also haven't seen any restocks of the voyagers/leader.

I have them all on pre-order except Mirage, so if they do show up in the west end of RVA and I miss it, if someone could stash a mirage for me that'd be awesome.

 

The Manassas Walmart on Liberia has two G1 Astrotrains and a few Cyberverse figures but nothing of further note. I have the Netflix figures pre-ordered but I give it a 5% chance they will actually get shipped out. They pushed the ship to store back to June; by track record that is bad news.

There's no guarantee they would've still been here had you made the trip. That Walmart is also going through a major store wide renovation/reset so I could see a scenario where they could be there but unintentionally hidden. That'd really make a trip from outside the area frustrating for you. The next time I go (should be very soon) I could let you know what's there at that exact time.

Nothing at Short Pump WM or Target this morning either.

 

Fair Lakes Walmart had the Netflix Deluxes. I grabbed the last Mirage and Scrapface, but there was a Chromia and 2 each of Sideswipe and Hound, as of 6:30pm-ish. No other size classes, though.

 

Sorry, I just walked out of that Walmart and there were no Soundwaves or cassette 2 packs at all. There were however 6 Astrotrains.

 

Fairfax Walmart has Netflix Siege deluxes. One of each plus a extra Sideswipe

Is this the one at Jermantown Road, which shares a shopping center with the LIDL (used to be Big Lots) that's under construction?
