In case you guys missed it, the August / October waves of Studio Series, Waves 2+ of Earthrise, and the first 8 (10 if you get 3x of the Reflector redeco) Netflix WFC Walmart exclusives went up for preorder. I somehow missed the Walmart ones until just now. There’s a $60 spoiler box that they won’t tell us what’s in it. A+++ for the Hotlink 3 pack!!

My first reaction is that I can't bring myself to pick up yet another version of most of those molds (premium battle damage deco notwithstanding), but I kinda like that Decepticon Mirage and I kinda NEED that Hotlink set. If I saw that Megatron at a steep discount, I might grab it just for the Battlemasters. I am curious about the "spoiler" Ultra Magnus, though. Not enough to preorder it sight-unseen, but... slightly curious. Watch, it's gonna turn out to be some sort of badass Nemesis Ultra Magnus or something, in the Netflix show, and suddenly the preorders will sell out everywhere.

 

If you dig deep deep into the spoiler box details it tells you what plastic is in it. But there’s also some kind of show spoilers too. There’s also some kind of build-a-figure teletraan 1 going on, but it’s not clear how many parts it is or which figures have them (the deluxes at least do).

 

Just set my Walmart Pre-Order for the Siege stuff. Everything is still available as of this posting. The teletraan 1 thing is a backdrop that you can put together from the pieces in each of the figure's boxes. To complete the backdrop you need all eight boxes/packages. It is not a physical piece like the Macadams build-a-figure. Hopefully Walmart does not drop the ball like they did with the 35th Anniversary figures.

Manassas Target did not restock anything yet and the WFC Voyagers are on sale this week for $19.99 so that would also include ER; prepare for employees to say there is no warehouse stock for the ER stuff so they do not have to sell it on sale. I am sure not everyone will have this experience with the employees as it will vary from store to store and the particular employee you are interacting with. By Tuesday they will probably be tired of people asking.

 

After my crappy experience trying to preorder the 35th stuff from Walmart, I've decided to just wait until it shows up in stores (IF it does), or possibly try to preorder it from another site. Walmart's whole system for this kind of stuff is broken; I have hope that they'll figure it out, but I also don't expect them to anytime soon.

 

If you didn’t see there are a few figure on sale at Target online that are discounted BEFORE bogo discount. Some voyagers at $20 vs $30, some leaders at $30 vs $50. Some deluxes discounted a few bucks.

Yeah, I picked up a preorder for Snapdragon for my son at $20 and a Smoke Screen Preorder at $10 because of the BOGO deal.

I guess the ER Battle Masters are going to make a late entrance. They are the last ones I need then I can stop the hunt till wave 2.

 

Just checked out the Fairlakes shopping center stores. Absolutely nothing except for a single Growl Micromasters set at the Target.

 

Nothing at Target 7 Corners.

 

Missed out on all the good Pre-orders on target.com, so I may as well save my efforts for what's out now.

Been a while since I hunted, any ER Primes out in the richmond area?

 

I've seen a couple, but its hit or miss depending on when they restock vs when you get there. I think I saw one at this target yesterday: Target, 10100 Brook Rd, Glen Allen, VA 23059 but it might be worth calling first

 

Tried to call, got redirected, presumably electronics, and it never got picked up. I've called multiple targets today and something screw seems to be going on with their phones, one guy said so when I finally got picked up at a diff target.

 

Sorry for double posting but yeah the Prime is gone. Took FOREVER to actually get connected to someone who could look.

 

Still nothing at Target Mosaic worth noting.

 

Victory Comics was cracking open a case of Earthrise wave 1 Voyagers and a couple cases of Deluxes just now. They still don't have ER Leaders or the small 'master classes.
