For Walmart, Brickseek has been accurate for SIEGE

 

For those who have found him:

Is Galaxy Prime just streetdated in every store or have you guys been able to buy him?

 

The Walmart on Sheila lane in Richmond has all 4 of the newest wave of G1 minibots, warpath, swerve, BB and the other one. Some don't have perfect cards, but if you're looking for one of them.

 

I saw him on the shelf at Fairlakes. I didn't try to buy him though as I had already bought him from Walmart a few weeks earlier. That said, he wasn't there when I went the next day.

It's super weird to me that he's been "streetdated" for some reason. I've seen him at Walmart and at at least one Target already. But also, wasn't he already supposed to have been released? Why did they suddenly slap a July date on him?

 

I bought 2 Siege Leader OP at Walmart well over a month ago now and had zero issues that the register. Odd that they are street dated now.

 

What comment? I did not see any post that I took any offense to from GoLion.

 

Target has been doing some weird things lately. Certain items are being assigned a "shelf date", which is an internal deal with Target, different from a street date assigned by the manufacturer. At least that is what a worker told me when I ran into an issue at the register. No idea why they are doing it.

 

The only time toys have a "Street date" is when they're doing a whole launch of a new thing, usually for a movie. TFs have done it a few times, usually its Star Wars or something else that they want people to show up all at once to buy the items.

A single TF wouldn't have a "Street date", so this has to be some sort of error in Target's system. That said, you're not going to win that argument with a cashier.

Some people have suggested taking two leaders to the register (like Prime and Shockwave), scanning Shockwave two times, then just returning the shockwave the next time you're in.

It's only happening at Target; I saw one today (not in VA) and was not allowed to buy it (I wasn't going to, but I wanted to see if it would ring up). The cashier took the thing away from me. Usually, they'll let you at least buy one, but this lady wasn't having it.

 

Well brickseek says there's no Galaxy Prime's at my local walmart so I guess my only option is Online Purchase. WHich sucks because that's an extra, like, 16 bucks Im gonna have to spend

 

Anyone seen Worthy Captain America yet? I don’t collect Marvel Legends but I want that figure so bad.

 

If no one has seen it then they must of not been worthy.

Side note: does anyone local want the cardboard missile command diorama from 2017 SDCC GI Joe exclusive set? I've got one I don't need (keeping the figures) and its too weird shaped to ship. The hisstank sightings thread is dead, so I figured I'd post here. $30 for the diorama and the box. Anyone interested?

A lone Marvel Legends Worthy Captain America was snagged by yours truly at Valley View Walmart in Roanoke around 1 this afternoon. It was the only one in the pegs.

 

I think it has been a couple months since the last time this was asked, has anyone checked Ollie's lately?

 

I went to the two in RVA a few weeks back, nothing Joe or TF related. Some Star Wars, a 4 pack that I think was a Target exclusive (maybe?). The one thing I did pick up for the kiddo was a Darth Vader Simon game.

 

Found Worthy Capt America at Haymarket Walmart yesterday. There were 8 remaining. Know to find Galaxy Prime.
