Forgot to post this last Wednesday when I saw it. Was at my local Walmart checking out the Transformers. They didn’t have any Siege Voyagers or Leaders in the section:


Then I stepped into the next aisle and saw the following:

They weren’t misplaced/hidden there, either. That shelf tag is “WFC Voyager”.

In other words, for some reason they’ve got Transformers spread across two separate aisles. Very weird, but yet another reminder that it’s worth looking around outside the main TF section.

 

Just picked up the lone pair of SS Bonecrucher (33) and SS Optimus Prime (32) from the Target in Sterling. The Target in Dulles Centre has at least 3 complete sets of the SS Deluxe wave 4.

 

Dulles Landing Walmart has WW2 Bee x 2, Sideswipe x2, Barricade x 2, Crankcase x 1, Bee (Camaro?) x 1. Also maybe two sets of the Siege deluxe wave and one set of the Siege voyagers.

Target Seven Corners: 3 of each Siege Voyager; a bot-load of Botbots multi-packs, Micromasters, and Battlemasters; 2 Cyberverse One Step Prowl; 1 each of Energon Igniters helicopter Dropkick and Blitzwing; 1 each of SS Sideswipe and Barricade.

 

I am disappointed with the plunger botbot only because it wont fit in Siege Megatron's hands.

 

A full set of Siege deluxes minus one Sideswipe, 2x OPs, and 1x Megs at Short Pump Target.

 

Winchester Target South HAD the new SS Leaders.

 

Picked up a G1 reissue Hottod from the Winchester Central store for $5

Yup. Was expecting around $30 but then $5 happened. I can post a pic of the receipt if you want. Almost went back and bought the other three.

Victory Comics in Falls Church has 1 set of the Siege Cassettes and 2 Rescue Patrol (after I grabbed mine). The Cassettes are more marked-up than the usual, probably because they're sold out online. There's also a Nemesis Prime Flame Toys model kit and a few Starscreams.

 

I have to go back next week. I will grab you one if they are still there. I got called back to NoVA for work before I could circle back.

 

How much were the tapes?

 

The set was marked up to... $25. Which is obviously not gonna be worth it for most people. But, counterpoint: It's my payday and I had a crappy week, and I didn't feel like waiting longer for Chonky Ravage.

The Rescue set was $15.

 

So I guess what I'm saying is, I just bought four Micromasters at $10 each. But 2019 is already a garbage fire of a year, so you gotta take what happiness you can get out of life.

 

Fair lakes Walmart has a lone Barricade and Sideswipe. Left them both there.

 

Did anyone pick this one up?

 

I checked yesterday, nothing there.
