YouTube - Transformers 3 in Chicago 7/10/10 (video 1) Got really lucky because they opened up the sidewalk to pedestrians and just started to move the cars out. Nascars are LOUD and the Ferrari 458 Italia looks so much better in person.
Ok so I looked through some pictures of the Nascar trio. What is they are "The Wreckers" ???? Looks like they'd fit the bill. They are all Chevy vehicles and I doubt them being Decepticons now. Just a thought.
I remember there being a Hasbro executive at Toyfair that said Michael Bay himself was interested in the concept of the RPM's Stealth Force toys, where the weapons fold out of the vehicle mode and form a heavily armored vehicle. Perhaps this is how he is implementing that concept, and the cars also have an "unequipped mode" as well that simply isn't in this scene. More on-set pictures may depict these same cars but not decked out.
