but i notice skids teeth were painted at botcon case asst. when i got home and got some skids here they were not painted

to help out with the date stamp

here it is
color teeth skids - 91071 - one gold and one white
update 90961/71 has paint teeth
no color teeth skids 90761 - both green, non-painted


i could post pics but i dont want to open my package....but i can see the difference...just bring a flashlight

 

definatly not news, the one without toothpaint are the old series, the one with painted tooth are newer when i remember right

 

The one without the painted tooth is better I hate Skids golden tooth!

I haven't opened up my DLX Skids....where can I find this 'stamp'

as soon i see a newer release of skids i let everyone know unfortunately the only people who can tell you are ones who have theirs from BOTCON MISB...i didnt buy it at botcon but it was a friends son that had it.

 

Man, I hope the Skids I will buy will have the teeth painted...

 

Nope, I have the non-painted teeth version, and his hood is still black.

 

Someone in the feedback forum said that you can see his head in the package, so you'll be able to tell before you buy it.

If it helps...I think the same case that carries the variant/running change Sideways and Breakaway also comes with the Skids with painted teeth.

I just found these at a TRU in Harrisburg, PA on Sunday...one dark Sideways, one dark Breakaway, and one painted teeth Skids.

It could be coincidence...but they were pulled out of the same box because the TRU I got them from was restocking the shelves after the devastation caused by the release date.

What is "botcon case asst."? Is that the figures that were being sold at Botcon in case assortments or the display cases?

You can see his teeth in package through the drivers side window, just look. If his teeth aren't the ones you want, don't buy it.
