Is it too late to vote for Wheeljack?

 

Not at all!

The poll is open until Friday morning at which time I'll announce the winner and begin development on him with our concept artist, Halfshell25.

 

I hope Thrust is Armada with a G1 color scheme.

I vote for Ironhide because I want to have an idea of what Onslaught will look like.

As for the size scales, I actually liked it that way. Hopefully, you'll keep the old size scale chart for pre-production purposes.

 

Oh yeah, that reminds me (you can change your vote if it makes a difference), Onslaught is now a remold of Clench not Ironhide.

Sorry on the size scale chart. This new one is more in-line with what I want to do with Vanguard, so I like it more myself.

And Thrust is actually Armada-based; though the color scheme is still being decided. He'd likely be the Armada color scheme but with some red.

So the result was a three-way tie. So I asked Shatterpoint (who voted for Strafe), and I already know the other person who voted for Strafe on Facebook's switch response.

They both chose Wheeljack.

So the winner of the character creation poll to end Phase 1, is Wheeljack!

I want to thank everyone who voted, this was the largest fan-vote on anything that the project has had thus far. Your support is great, and its clear that we have all sorts of fans given the results of the poll.

So Wheeljack will be the final character modeled for Phase 1; and will go into development tonight! His release should be in the next 1-2 months; as I will also be working on the first Prequel Episode starting this weekend as well.

So you guys may have noticed Halfshell25 visiting the thread a lot lately.

Well, in case you didn't know, he's Vanguard's new concept artist. And he has already finished Wheeljack's concept art:



Now, I will say: this is Concept Art; not final character design. When I model him, I'll be making changes and such to this. What this is meant to show is the overall look and feel of the character's design.
