It's just being updated, and written in a more western style. It seems pretty interesting to see something like this get made. I wonder if we might get a US version of other Ishinomori books if this does well enough. Inazuman would be pretty neat.
Looks okay. Not great. But we'll see how it reads. The original comic was way ahead of its time. I hope this does it justice, and isn't just a generic action story.
I kinda wish they updated the costumes a bit. The gold dots worked in the original, but something with a more subtle treatment of the gold would have worked better for a slightly more western take on the series. Like, just seam lines or something.
