Lindberg Models... did/does exist and the company logo matches along with their difficulty ratings graphics.
Little Red Wagon Plastic Model Truck Kit 1/25 Scale #hl115-12 by Lindberg (hl115-12)

I have this truck, got it as a Christmas gift a long time ago:
1934 Ford Pickup Plastic Model Truck Kit 1/25 Scale #72157 by Lindberg (72157)

It's very likely that these are legit. Of course, the Hasbro logo is glued to the Starscream box art so, at best, it's very early concept drafts.

Pretty neat idea, though I'm not certain that they'd've sold all that well given fully assembled, painted and, well, Takara versions of both were readily available.
