People that think FT transformations are hard

People that buy $150-300 refusing to buy a $6 pack of spudgers
People that bash figures QC on small quantities, so the whole company is trash then
Companies that don't offer after sale support for their figures.

People that assume someone who rightly criticizes a company, buys their products. Instead of you know, watching what happens with each new release and seeing the same story again and again.

Too many 3rd parties are more bothered about showing off their engineering skills than making a toy that’s actually fun to transform

    Oh go on then.

FT’s Arialbots are far too big. Sure, the jets scale with the seekers but the bot modes tower over everything. It’s at the point where I think I’ll just ditch them at this point. With Warpath being Carbot sized, it feels like FT just started working to a whole new scale. I’m not down with yet another soft reboot, toon style was annoying enough.

it’ll be interesting to see how tall Jazz and Mirage are.

Here's one: Making toon accurate figures based on a cheap cartoon that looked like absolute shite is beyond stupid.

Blitzwing and Astrotrain G1 alt-modes look bad

Fortunately FT Berserk looks great, but FT Thomas not so much!

movies figures being giant is kinda dumb.
i mean why can't any of the bumblebee movie primes be you know...mp-10 height or less. also lt-02 is the best mpm 4 ko. lol.

what else...hmmm. perfect effect warden was the peak of 3P quality and feel and easily surpasses any FT release to date in that respect.

generation toy is one of the most underrated 3P maker and every other 3P company is lucky they stay out of pure G1 MP game.

3P companies should do dedicated GOBOT MPs "in scale" with MP TFs. for example an MP crasher would be MP carbot height...not minibot height just cuz gobot were small.

MMC makes really good stuff most of the time but almost always fall short of greatness.

open and play made the best 3P mp springer

Everyone thinks the best looking Optimus Prime is a 3P, either Transform Element or Magic Square

Was gonna come in here chiming off that FansToys are shit, but it seems to be that the general consensus is that FansToys are shit. So in that case, FansToys make consistently well made figures with intuitive and forward thinking engineering catering to an inclusive and welcoming consumer base who delight in hearing constructive criticism of the product from those who find flaws with it and feedback to FansToys accordingly.

The people joyfully buying all FT releases, declaring that they are superior to anything else, and then complaining about how difficult, complicated and scary the transformation is.

I refuse to believe 3P CHUG is dead and/or dying and buy this style almost exclusively.

Light piping is nice when done right. Bigger is not always better. More complicated is not always better.

One could argue that making a toy that's fun to transform would be a show of superior engineering skills.

FansToys has their ups and downs, but their problems always come back to having loads of panels that feel added on later to fill in things that were forgotten at the early stages of design. Except for their Blurr. I can't explain that thing other than no one tried to transform it outside of CAD in a computer before cutting the toolings.
