I really like the toy, and don't care at all about the character or the origin.
In the few pictures I've seen from the comic, the toy actually looks a lot better and doesn't look perma-miffed like the panels I saw.

Yeah, the behavior of which you speak seems to be going around a lot. It was stupid when it first emerged and hasn't gotten any less since.

Unpopular opinion: I enjoyed Scorponok's portrayal in Monstrosity. I don't know if he's reemerged yet or not (I haven't been able to catch up with the comics since Dark Cybertron), but I'd love to see his sort of super-darwinist philosophy revisited.

I do not like complex transformations such as the ones from the 2009-2010/2011 time frame.

Not really sure if this counts as unpopular, but i like some of the energon toys like Steamhammer and Strongarm.

Car Robots is one of my favourite shows. (Also,T-AI is cool)

I get bored of TF comics extremely fast. (However i do collect Finnish copies of the G1 comic)

I don't mind BURNING JUSTICE in transformers.

The only instance where i care about IDW are the toys based on it.

I love most of the Beast Hunters line. Like, I have an entire shelf dedicated just to them. It's great because if I ever need a duplicate of a figure, people almost throw the figures at you saying "Please buy them!" :lol

There should be more non humanoid robot modes. Like the NAILS from IDW.

Oh, and I like smaller, more complex transformers over big and simple ones. E.g. DoTM over FoC. I'd rather transformers shrink and feel more solid, than remain the same size and feel hollow.

Those toys are pretty good actually.

I thought it was a fun toyline. Optimus, Predaking and Shockwave were great. Smokescreen was the only real dud amongst them. I never did buy much from it though.

Yeah, me too... I guess at one point or the other all the lines have been bashed.... but the Prime Beast Hunters line really did bashed into the overstock and discount stores quickly.

I like Prime Bulkhead, not as much as TFA Bulkhead but i do.

He's still big, cuddly, green and is a good brother figure which i love about both incarnations.

-I actually like the 'mute' Bumblebee. It's a good concept.
That, and if he did talk normally, he probably wouldn't shut up.

-The Titanium line wasn't as bad as some make it out to be. Actually, I like most of the figures and regret not getting a few (Magnus, Rodimus, Fallen).

-I have zero issues with the multi-colored Dinobots figures.

-'Curling arms' are NOT as unforgivable as some pretend them to be. Honestly, I think that it was a few reviewers that were vocal about how terrible they were, and it caught on as being a 'popular' opinion to have.

I've really grown to love the idea of a British accented Lockdown thanks to Age of Extinction.

I'm fine with the less transformations in AOE.

Well, I haven't taken a part in this thread in quite a while but here goes: I really like Transformers: Age of Extinction and while I can understand the complaints about this film's length, I never, not even once, feel bored with it. Also, AOE is probably the best live-action TF movie since the very first one in 2007.
