    How can there be other unofficial books, but this one is not allowed?

    Was it the use of the Autobot logo? Was it the use of Transformers in the title?

    If you just named the book Bill’s Toy Collection there is no conflict I would think?

    ...it was the use of the word 'transformers' in a kickstarter campaign; high-visibility target for trademark defense, whereas the book itself likely would have suffered no threats under a conventional publication/financing model...

    Can I buy the digital pictures and sign a waiverw thath I won't sell oror transfer them? Then you are in the right more than publishing a book that Hasbro may not want. People sell photos all the time under artist licenses an no worries of being sued, no shipping, no middle man.

    Whilst I have noticifications switched on for this thread, I did also enjoy the project updates on the Ocular Echo facebook page (which has now been purged).

    @brr-icy : are there any plans to make a new Facebook page for the project?

    @Hyperoptic : Is the Ocular Echo Facebook page now completely dead or will you be updating it in future with other TF-related projects?
