    I don't think so, I think its just that the potato camera got some wild light reflecting off the only shiny paint on the figure.

    I agree with GiganGoji, because I immediately suspected Sharpie application on the legs, too. It has that typical purplish sheen that blue paint doesn’t exhibit. Additionally, it is noticeably patchy and inconsistent— something paint wouldn’t be, even if it was a bad match with the plastic in hue.

    The white paint application looks poor as well. Definitely doesn’t have a production-quality look. This might be an amateurishly-painted prototype?

    He used a sharpie marker for the legs.

    However, he got it from Tottus. (A chilean store, i checked their website and they have the authentics, recently Chile has received the first kingdom waves too)
