Can anyone tell me who these arms belong to? I have looked on the internet but have not found anything.

Scarlet Knight is right but I'm not sure which figure.

You could ask the Combaticon Swindle, he's an arms dealer...sorry I couldn't resist.

I don't think it's from Star Wars. Just looked through the entire line and nothing matched.
How big are they, and are the hands modded at all?

Looking at it again I'm getting some HFTD/pre AOE vibes from it

The thing that confused me was the open hands. I think the entire Unicron Trilogy uses closed fists with a peg hole drilled through the middle (are there proper names for these types of hands?). My next thought was Alternators but so far nothing looks familiar. Bayverse is a good guess. I don't think these are 3P, but I'm at a loss for where they came from.

I don't think they're Transformers at all. Maybe those MARS Converters or something similar.

We need more information, like size, hand details and joint functions. The elbow looks like it may be a ball joint, but if not, that means no arm swivel.

They weren't drilled. Block fists, IIRC.

    All Alternators had articulated hands.

The open hands and elbow joint make me think it isn't a Transformer. Been digging for a while now and can't find a match.

I don't think so, I've tried using regular 5 mm weapons but it doesn't fit

Interesting... shoulder balljoints suggest extra kibble

    Perhaps a third party toy?
