Hey Got a few to share coming up, but thought this and Brawn would be a good place to start, provided I can get the camera to work in macro mode (button wont work) Anyway, here is Warpath with a KO head from the KO alt Grimlock, which doesn't look at all like Grimlock. And yes, the cannon does have to be removed to transform but stores nicely back in the rocket turret as originally intended Comments welcome JL
I like that a lot. It may have a part to remove, but that it fits into the alt mode means no wasted parts. And that head looks more like Warpath than Grimlock, definitely.
i like it.no wasted kibble and a great head sculpt.i would recommend some copper dry brushing on some of the detail areas to make them pop a bit more
*Breathes a sigh of relief* I still remember the days of people dying their Dropshots red and calling them Warpath. Thank goodness finally someone has the sense to add a cannon to his chest and change the head. Thank you sir, you have just salvaged what was originally a crap idea and made it awesome. Damn i wish i had another Dropshot.
Those look nice and as much a fan as I am of G1 and Warpath, I always thought he was phallic looking in a way, with his giant p....cannon pointing out the front of him like that. He is definitely a unique character, so I'll give him that.
Thanks for the feedback everyone, its always nice to hear when other people like your work I hadn't considered that. I'll look into it, but I'm always afraid of ruining something when I start to tinker with it. I've also got Brawn up in another post if anyone is interested JL

Cool Warpath. The head really does work. KO Alternators are at least good for fodder if nothing else. I sacrificed a KO Wheeljack for my Devastator custom. Nice work.
