Ok, so im trying to fix his head one time (and took arms off cause they might get in the way) and find his neck is on a ball joint!, what I do is take his head apart (you must take the three screws out of the body) (shown in pics) and trim off the bottom of the back peice of it with a pair of WIRE CUTTERS , so it actually works!(thanks for hasbro making it so freaking short!!!! ) I didnt take pics of the before (srry),it doesnt help much but at least he can move his head now! and I f anyone wants to increase their octane/tankor's neck ball joint I SUPPORT YOU!
I did this to mine as well quite some time back. It's totally worth it! Thanks for sharing! Don't be surprised to see this in the tutorials section (though we need some clearer photos)
