Spike carried in Soundwave and Ravage got caught. The Autobots then set up a plan where they let Ravage overhear info and they let him escape so he could deliver the info to the Cons that the Bots wanted him to hear.

 

1. Spike found Soundwave, carried him in the ark, put him down and wandered off.

2. Soundwave transformed, ejected Ravage and sent him on ahead for intel.

3. Ravage was caught, Soundwave bolted.

4. Soundwave is a dick.

 

Yeah, he was all like 'Ravage!' as they were running away, but than he wouldn't go back for him. You could see him kind of stop for a moment, but than the jerk kept running.

 

Sorry, I was thinking of the Energon toy. I thought the name was Razorbeak but it's Divebomb. Now that you mention Laserbeak though, I could see that too.

 

I have to admit this picture it a little bit better, now I want to get Hound and if it comes with the jaguar known as Ravage then so be it. It don't bother me one bit.

Hound repaint to Swindle,and how long must we wait for a real classics Soundwave?

 

I use MP3 soundwave next to my Henkei/Classics. Fits perfectly.

I'm with those that don't like the green - I wish Hasbro would stop cutting costs and either paint these figures properly or use better plastic. I'll be waiting to see how Henkei handle it before I order this...

 

Ravage looks a lot better than I expected him to.

 

Yeah, me too. Just picked him up for $50 on eBay last month. If someone's got the cash for it he's probably the closest thing you'll get to a Classics styled update for Soundwave.

Why Hasbro just doesn't gut the electronics out of this guy a release him stateside I'll never know. I mean, I can understand them not wanting to release a really expensive MP3 player that transformers (considering the Movie BB MP3 player didn't sell well at all from what I saw), but he could be gutted and sold just fine as a deluxe...

 

hound toy comes with ravage becuz it was hounds job in the cartoon to guard ravage after he was captured....he even taunted ravage and made fun of him while he was imprisoned.......also after mirage (who was helping guard ravage) left hound had sex with ravage....hound likes robeastiality...thats why his name is hound....back on cybertron they used to call him "ole humpin hound"

Hound is awesome and it's just a super bonus to get Ravage too. I wonder if that was always the plan or if they designed him for something else that didn't work out and decided to put him with Hound

As far as the green goes, shoot as long as it's somewhat armyish green I'm in. If using colored plastic keeps cost down for the consumer, I dig it. Plus their paint apps are usually off a bit one way or another.

Can't wait to get a Swindle repaint of this guy either
