    Was he ever available at Universal Studios? My understanding was that he was intended as a Universal Studios exclusive, but due to that thing with a C and everything that happened because of it, Hasbro instead made it available via online retailers.

    Same thing that happened with N.E.S.T. Bumblebee, except he was never announced as a Universal exclusive because "As Seen In Parks Megatron" was further ahead in development by the time C hit.
