These are nice. Beats the hell out of those third-party ones with the pile drivers that were seperate parts. Also you got their names mixed up.

Well to be fair, Rumble & Frenzy being small makes more sense to me than having them as large as a deluxe, so it's all good. If anything, I like it when toys retain scale like this, rather than having Bumblee figures that're as big as Prime.
To be fair, you did compare Scouts with a Deluxe, a small Deluxe at that. If you had them next to, idk, Windcharger and then they came up short. Yes, they would be small. For me, that is part of their character, the stature. Otherwise, I really enjoyed the review! Congrats on grabbing them before they went OOS.
