Yeah I got told they were getting rid of Lego in the aisles now and was so disappointed. The Clubcard deals they had at times were amazing.

No? (Sorry didn't get what you mean?)

Just that I never "get" how Harry Potter is Satansim? Sure there are witches but it's not like Harry had summoned Satan to fight Voldermort or any magics used involed a ritual sacriface well maybe except for Voldermort return but it just used a human hand!

You may recall the main recounted actual physical confrontation (in the putting up dukes sense) of our Lord & Saviour being whipping the moneylenders in the temple, as well as disrespecting the Almighty by doing business in a sacred space, they were committing usury - they were charging extortionate interest on the money they loaned, and therefore profiting by keeping others impoverished, which is the definition that usury has been narrowed down in the present to under capitalism - but right up until the Middle Ages "Usury" meant any form of unfairly profiting at other's expense and labour.
Now can you think of any good, moral christians who close their shops on Sundays, who *also* buy their stock at clearance but list it on their shelves at original full price RRP?

Yeah as a Christian myself I never got the “Harry Potter is evil” thing myself, I’m a fan of Harry Potter and honestly don’t see why that’s classified as bad when Narnia is praised and has just as much magic.

Probably because Narnia is an overt Christian allegory. Harry Potter less so (despite the chosen one vs Satan link you could draw)

I know that the creator of Narnia was inspired to make the book as it was based on himself has he was converted into Christianity. Like Aslan is basically Jesus!

Question for the hive mind... Has anyone pre-ordered any tf's from HMV and had them actually turn up?

Only asking as the couple I did were so long overdue i scrapped and bought them elsewhere.

Are they unreliable or just habitually slow?

I did pre-order Crossovers Code Red from them. It did turn up, but was long behind other retailers.

Team my game points are expiring at the end of July and I have to use them or lose them. What's the best TF purchase to make with them right now. Nothing in stock on the website is jumping out at me!

MPM Brawl is £122 shipped from Amazon JP. Doesn't release until November there but you will be paying significantly less than UK RRP

Word of warning- it has to be the website. When I went to use mine, the till software had apparently already been updated. Which seems backwards, but it is Mike Ashley.
