I had a look and what the heck? Blaster is back to £20 now? It was £15 days ago.

 

Legacy Blaster is listed as £15, Kingdom Blaster is listed as £20 but they’re both completely out of stock according to the site so don’t know why either is there.

Interesting, the entertainer website has been updated now saying that the Earthspark deluxes that were listed as "coming soon" and now "discontinued". Wonder if the entertainer are cutting ties with the Tf brand, the newest tf thing I've seen in my local one is either the reissue rattrap or the xmen crossover, whichever one of those is newer.

 

They've done the same thing with series two of micro galaxy squadron, listed four or five products a few months and pulled them again in November.

Ok so I pop into Toysmths again cos I was nearby and they literally clear all of the shelf that the Transformers were in (except for SS86 Arcee's that were on the clerance table). I think they were moving stock around but I assuming they did that to make room for the new toys that has been spotted in other Toysmyths.

 

Update on the Amazon Transmetal Megatron situation, got my order cancelled ten minutes ago, managed to get someone on the chat and they gave me £34 of credit to make up the difference so I'm still getting it at the price I was meant to pay, still not great that they tried to get away with that.

 

In the same situation. I got refunded and credit of the difference. Have now ordered one from the EU!

 

My TM2 Megatron just got cancelled to. Was able to order it for £28, site is saying £62 currently.

So clearly Amazon are refusing to honour orders made on their own mistake.

I'm sorry to hear that, even if it's not surprising. People having to ask for the pre order price to be honoured through the gift card will probably save them some money from the mistake, but it's also a bit unusual since Amazon are big enough to not fuss too much about the costs.

If I'm honest, all I was expecting was a £5 credit or a month extension on Prime by way of apology, so getting full credit to match the expected price is a nice surprise. I'm unlikely to be of a mind to trust them again however.

 

Well, I just spent far too long chatting as politely as possible to [Redacted] and their manager [Redacted] on my TM Megatron order cancellation, only to reach no useful resolution and not even be given the opportunity to save the transcript (which I feel has been an option previously, or has turning 36 left age catching up with me?).
Not quite ready to give up though, seeing as others seem to have met with success.
Would any kind souls who managed to reach a gainful resolution perhaps be able to very, very kindly help a fella out and provide any (non-doxxing) evidence to support my case via PM?
