Smyths bizarrely have Double Dealer back in stock for home delivery

Edit: Still at full price. I just got him from game as i didnt particularly want him first time round. Nice figure, personally think I would have been a letdown at £47.

I paid £47 for double-dealer from smyths a few weeks ago. I have found several in game so far at £25 but mine has better paint apps than all of these so I can live with the additional cost.

Here's the link as he doesn't appear under the normal searches for transformers or double dealer due to the hyphen they used in his name

Looks like he's logged under the 'Clearance' listings but not any of the TF sub-lists in a way similar to how the OP & Soundwave Battlepacks got put in 'Cyberverse' and not 'WFC Generations'.

BTW did we already know that Omega Supreme was back in stock for Home Delivery?

Yeah, that's weird. I fully expected Doubledealer to be 50% off like Shockwave and Astrotrain before him, especially since he's not a cartoon character, but somehow it never happened. I sure as hell wasn't paying full price for him without Powermasters. I only picked him up a couple months ago with Wingthing, Knok and Skar for £55. Not a bad deal for the time.

Strange how there are no restocks of Scorponok seeing as how he seems to be in higher demand.

Just wondering when you placed your order for Sky Lynx, seeing as how my order went through at around midnight and it still got cancelled.

    What. The. Fuck.

Sports Direct have Sky Lynx back up for sale..... except now they're charging £58 for it! So after cancelling my order due to lack of stock, they relist Sky Lynx two days later and bump the price. This. Is. Unacceptable.

I've written a scathing complaint to SD customer service urging them to rectify this problem. What kind of shenanigans is this?

There's a note at the foot of the listing stating that "This product is delivered to you by GAME", which is presumably how they'll justify it. Another annoying twist in the saga though.

Tricranius coming to ID next week too...

Another figure I wasn't bothered about initially but now have bought just to combine with Transmutate...

Really hope Wingfinger gets a selects pred repaint so we have a full set for each faction...

IDW are giving the new Shattered Glass comic series, called "Shards", general release from late August onwards. The issues that come with figures bought via Hasbro Pulse are the same as those on general release, except for the covers.

Bury St. Edmunds branch of Game has DoubleDealer & Earthrise Optimus in stock (as of Thursday) and they were there the week before as well for £25.00 each if anyone is looking for them in Suffolk - try you GAME stores.
