Speaking of damaged packages...

Smyths have offered a discount on my Nemesis Prime due to damaged packaging, or a replacements/refund should I send it back to them.

trouble is I’m not going anywhere near a Smyths during lockdown, and I’m not exactly thrilled with the prospect of going to a Collect Plus location either.

anyone have any experience with their discounts? They haven’t offered an amount.

 

Please correct me if I am wrong, but I'm certain that Smyths have just added the home delivery option for SS 86 Jazz, although it does say he is out of stock right now and that he will only be available in store. Hopefully this means he should be released tomorrow.

maybe they have ran out of pre order allocations for jazz?

 

They were doing home delivery pre orders when they first came available - i still have the three ordered.

 

it can also be a sign their about to change the ETA dates, whenever they do the options around pre-orders etc often vanish or change, its what happened with gigawatt and nemesis.

i changed mine to robot recruits earlier simply as i want the money to have came out and get away from the not knowing when its going to clear issue as its a bugger when keeping track of your account,

 

Thanks for the tip- mine arrived this afternoon. I was a little aprehensive after my order since I haven't used Zoom before and some of their feedback is a little iffy, but they came through. £80 for a large, complex and well produced figure? That's a win.

I've never used them so I don't know what it is. Their website has a contact form but that wont help if you can't access their site. They're on facebook and twitter apparently if that's helpful? Otherwise, hopefully someone else has an actual email address for you.
