Well, Poole TRU was disappointing. I was hoping to pick up the FoC data disks, but they had nothing new there at all besides a lone Thundertron which I have already. No MP10 either.

 

Argos - does anybody know if they've got Dreadwing? If so, what's the catalogue number. Had a butchers online but couldn't find the toy or the code. Might bite at £15.

 

I think it's pot luck, really. Which is disappointing. He doesn't have his own listing in the catalogue but they may still get him in.

There's a reasonably good Argos near me, I was hoping to try them out the next time I'm over that way, but it depends how willing the staff are to do a proper stock search and write down which ones they have (or at least check the colours and get back to me). I've had a member of staff tell me "There's a big green one". That'll be Bulkhead then. Yes. Givegivegive.

 

Its basically a mess up on the Argos system at the moment. Some figures are available individually and some are still in an assortment listing.

It seems stupid of Argos to do this as I bought Weaponizer Bumblebee from my local store for £19.99 in the combined listing but the single listings are more expensive.

From a conversation I had at Exeter Toys R Us this morning, I wanted to pass on the following which might be helpful for those hunting MP10. Not all TRU stores are automatically getting him, the 'smaller' ones, which includes Exeter, have not been allocated any at this stage due to size and price (Get rid of the pile of shelf warmers would fix the size problem, too much junk).

Due to having several enquiries in the last 48 hours, including from their own staff, they are trying to get some but it'll be at least a week.

Although Prime was showing as out of stock this morning, there are/were another 150 awaiting allocation to the web supply, so that might help. Should also be free standard delivery, approx 4 days.

If in doubt, I'd ask the branch first if you have to travel far.

Anyone know how much the data disks are going for at toys r us and has anyone seen them at toys r us teeside? It would help a lot, I think these guys are pretty cool!

Clearly this is going to drive me nuts.

Realistically, I don't even like it that much. I have MP1 and I'm massively happy with that, but MP1 will tower over every other upcoming Masterpiece Autobot and some of those I do want.

If anyone has news on stock levels at Bristol Cribbs Causeway, Leeds (M62 version), York or Teesside Park then please advise? I've got a boring 5 hour journey to make next week and could technically include one of those as a detour.

Or maybe the internet will come good. Abandon sleep all ye who want to order Prime online.

Just heard from a friend that Glasgow TRU has "pure hunners" of MP10. Knowing my friend, this means that they've got more than five on the shelves. I wouldn't quote the amount, but they've definitely got them in stock.

Edit: My friend is a dickhead, and gave false information that may get him a swift kick to a sensitive area. I have no doubt that they do actually have him, but can't confirm until I can get over there.

 

MP10 Optimus is available to order again on the TRU website - grab em while you can, they were gone in about 20 minutes yesterday.

 

For those looking (and I'm not) no MP10 in Liverpool TRU, but they have those FoC data disc Ravage, Rumble etc for £12.99 a pop plus the new IM3 Marvel Legends and the Assemblers. Nearly plumped for Iron Patriot until I realised that he's simply a Legends Extremis Iron Man repaint, so I picked up the War Machine/Patriot Assemblers instead.
