Sainsburys toy sale starts on wednesday. Toys have bin deliverd today and yesterday.
If only I hadn't got all the ones I'm after so far...
Well there's a new (exclusive?) Thundercats set from Argos, for those interested: Buy ThunderCats 4 Pack - Exclusive at Argos.co.uk - Your Online Shop for Action figures and playsets.
Aaand, the TFP Rumble wave is in stock on TRU's site. You're welcome.
Yeah, I can see where your coming from on that front, but she's okay though.
Trafford Centre Manchester :
Boots: I got TF: Prime Rumble, Kup and Knock Out with the 3 for 2 offer. Still lots of Knock Outs and a couple of Kups left but I think I got the last Rumble. (I asked and they said that's all they had)
John Lewis : Got a Vehicon! Had to ask tho, and a nice man got one from the back. Plenty of Hot shots and Knock outs on the shelf.
Yeah, that seems interesting and seems a good deal,
But in theory you could buy all of these combined cheaper separately,
Argo have the cyberverse playsets drill thing and sky hammer for 10.99 but it does seem limited as all my local stores are totally out of stock (i checked about 10 of them)
Im hoping to try my luck in tescos tomorrow for cyberverse skyquake,
What's all this about sainsburys on wednesday?
Do they get in loads of stock and sell cheap or something
If you have yet to experience a Sainsburys sale, prepare yourself. They usually get in a load of stock, and are descended on by over-weight mothers (yeah, I am grossly generalising) grabbing everything at about 30% off and more. In some places, on the first morning, the stock is literally selling faster than they can put it on the shelves. I feel for the staff through these things. If you can get to a Sainsburys before about 10am on the first day - or get lucky turning up as they restock randomly - there are some great bargains of stuff that is current, not just 8 month old stuff that they cant sell.
hurrah! I finally got an TF Prime Airachnid!(i'll upload pictures on my collection thread, later on) from Tesco Extra Silverburn Glasgow, btw...A1 toys has TF Prime Voyager Blukhead & Starscream also @ Silverburn. btw....the city centre A1 Toys prob have those in too! sorry...forgot to add....Sergeant Kup is also available from A1 Toys & Tescos too!(i didn't bother getting him).
The sainsburys I work in is prepareing for wednesday this weekend. We have had at least ten pallets of toys deliverd. The sale is on for two weeks this year. The only new tf toys av seen is prime deluxes wave 5. We didnt even get the first four waves in my store, there are still Dark of the moon deluxes on sale. Am not realy a big fan of the new prime cartoon but are kup and airachnid worth gettin?
Picked up the last Airachnid from Reading Kings Meadows Tesco. No rumble's , 1 Hot Shot, 1 Arcee, 1 Ratchet, 2 Dead end's, 3 Soundwave's and plent of Bumblebee's. Gonna have to go back in the week to see if i can get a Rumble. Trying to avoid getting him online.
Do you mean Argos? They don't have it in the catalog nor on the website, how can you even tell whether or not a branch has it without the code?..
I've got a Takara reissue Windcharger and Bumblebee(separate) keyring going up for auction tomorrow i think on ebay if anyone is interested. They're starting at 99p with postage i guesstimated at 1.60. Transformers Windcharger (G1) Takara reissue keyring | eBay and Transformers Bunmblebee (G1) Takara Reissue keyring | eBay
some stores may have them on display or bargain bin.
ahh, thanks, going to have do a tour...
I thought Airachnid was!....until i got it home & realized it's not a quad changer! imagine not being able to turn her into a spider! or drill!
There appears to be a few DotM voyagers knocking around if this pallet in B&M Home Store is any indication of what's nationwide
They are also carrying Leaders, BB & Ironhide £24.99 each
That just about sums up the TF UK situation nicely!
Home Bargains have most of these
thats the most amount of voyagers ive ever seen in one place shame ive got the ones i want
Has anyone seen Generations wave 2 (Bruticus) outside of independent retailers yet? I picked up Vortex from my local comic shop and I'm looking to get the others. Wasn't UK release date for them October?
I think some of us might point you to the wide (not) availability of FOC Wave 1.
