The only RB I've seen so far had a really bad paint app which put me off.

    Eurgh.

    Picked up Deluxe Ratchet today.

Absolutely brilliant figure. I love him. Oh what's that Hasbro? The plastic on his arm has cracked and sheared off?

Brilliant. Thats another trip out of my way after work to exchange him tomorrow.

Voyager Prime. I like him! Nobody else does, I think he's quite cool. Oh whats that Hasbro? The MechTech gun has warped and is bent like a banana? There are 4 seperate cracks and splits in the plastic? Fantastic.

If you're going to put the prices up - give us better quality, eh?

    Tesco , Dalmarnock Road

NONE , ZILCH , ZIPPO. aside from a ROTF leg end Jetfire. Not one transformer. Its all been replaced with by star wars shite.

I was expecting more transformer stuff not less. TRU is my last hope now

TRU Cribbs Causeway has the DOTM range (Deluxe, Voyager, the Legend/Scout or whatever they are). Neither Asda, Tesco and John Lewis had anything new out.

I've seen about seven so far, and all of them had bad paint apps.

Smyths Derry had the full compliment of six first-wave deluxes, three Voyagers, and six Legions. No Basic/Commander figures or Leaders yet!

Tesco in Belmont, Durham had no DOTM gear. Highlight of what little they had was a leader Starscream.

Yep, mine has crap paint apps.... which is doubly annoying since he really lacks paint in robot mode... and the arms are loose as hell. Not the worst figure, but def the most dissapointing figure I picked up today :(

Roadbuster is okay, mine's got an pretty loose arm at the joint, but Ironhide was a big surprise.

I looked at all the reviews which were pretty negative regarding it and was surprised to learn its awesome, especially if you have the voyager from the first movie because you can attach his weapons to his arm. Its pretty sweet looking and more movie accurate.

Exclusive deluxe prime? For Sainsburys? Is this the first we've heard about this?

Popped in to Tesco on the way home from work late last night and not only was there no DotM stuff, but there was no Transformers of any kind! Shelves were full, FULL of Star Wars crap!

The single deluxe Roadbuster I've seen (Entertainer Westfield) had pretty crisp looking decals (within its plastic bubble).

Still, it's only grey and green in robot mode. How hard can that be to go wrong?

GingerChris - I'd pay £4 for OilPan MOSC, I reckon. Depending on how flush I felt.

Trekked to TRU Cardiff last nite after finding that my local Newport store has been dismantled and only a shelf of HFTD stuff in Tesco.

TRU was stocked to the gills....with Lugnut, Strafe, Grapple, HTFD Leader Starscream and Masterpiece Grimlock, as well as ROTF toys that ironically i could never find when I might have wanted them (Soundwave, Swerve, Scorponok)

Was about to abandon hope but after popping back to the storefront to have a second look at the poster rack I spotted a few pegs of ROTF Deluxes next to more ROTF stuff. I'm hoping TRU are waiting for the actual movie release date and then we'll get the massive entrance displays like with the previous releases.

Bad news, Bumblebee is already shelfwarming, there was about 8 of him, 2x Ratchet, 2X Skids, 2x Starscream, 1x Roadbuster and 1x Crankcase, no Voyagers, Leaders or Cyberverse at all which was a shame but good for the wallet I guess.

Picked up Crankcase, Starscream and Roadbuster as they were on my definite 'to get' list and I wasn't going home empty handed. They are all really good toys, yes the transformations are simpler this time round but that's not a bad thing and I'm not ashamed to say I was messing with these for HOURS last night because they are genuinely fun and EASY to transform - I'm even liking the mechtech weapons. The paint detail is not gonna blow your socks off but they dont look cheap although i'll admit the robot modes look better than the alt modes.

Tried Asda Cwmbran this morning but nothing there, might try the big new Sainsburys on the way home, fingers crossed for a Voyager Ironhide.

I think so; but he's not due out until June (apparently). If it had a separate price tag, do we know how much it is?

Commander Optimus Prime is now mine, too. The Entertainer has Megs and one OP Cmdr left.

There was in Hamelys I do believe.

    Also in TRU

    Sightings

    TRU , Forge Retail park

    FUCKING FINALLY
    The full shabang.
    Including Deluxes

Small display of DOTM stuff at the entrance.

Not sure if I picked up the last Roadbuster and Crankcase. There may have been more behind the other deluxes.

    Full set of Voyagers also.

Said to myself. I'm getting a voyager or 2 deluxes. I leave with a voyager and 2 deluxes -.-

    Normal transformer bit has

    ROTF deluxes ?
    Swerve and someone else

    HFTD Leaders
Animated Voyagers - was so close to picking up Animated Shockwave.
