Since all the other Unite Warriors combiners were more expensive than Hasbro releases, this will be too and cost a lot to ship on top.

I'm thinking around $220. I'm waiting for this one.

Interesting...but not sure they'll be enough of a difference for me to warrant this over Hasbros version...

My wallet is hoping that the paint apps aren't different from the Hasbro version. But my OCD wants me to buy it.

Yeaaaaah, I don't think that more paint apps will be able to salvage the individual figures.

I'll bite if the paint apps are as significantly different as they were for Metroplex, though I'll still get the Hasbro version as well.
Personally, I'm very excited for this figure!

I wished the Hasbro version had Prowl as the head and torso and Takara version was with Scrapper.

They better soon show a picture of Takara Leader Ultra Magnus to either ensure me to stick with my Hasbro pre-order or so I have the chance to cancel it and get the Takara version, if I like it better. But before I end up with none, I of course have it on pre-order. Dammit...

I'm more interested in seeing UW Defensor.

Too bad they can't do anything to help the articulation of the individual figures.

Just like every TF toy. :)

Actually I believe it was rather unanimous among both parties that it be G1, since people have wanted a giant G1 Devastator for years, and "Prowlastator" is fairly recent and niche.

Only Scrapper and Long Haul are missing elbows. Everyone else has standard articulation.

I hope they have used black magic to turn them all into deluxes and given them decent elbows.
Since that isn't likely, I'm probably not gonna pick him up.

Not a fan of the return to blacked out teases with this line. Just show us already. I'm anxious to weigh my options and make a decision.

I think we can file this one under 'wishful thinking'.

I already have the Hasbro release pre ordered so i'll pass on this. And as for purple hands and painted wheels? I'd get a silver sharpie and do them myself. And the second this set gets in hand, 3rd party companies will be all over trying to "fix it." So i'll be looking forward to better forearms from another company.

Honestly? I don't even know if I'm buying the Hasbro one, much less the Tomy one. While I can deal with vehicle mode scale being impossible to replicate, I think making Devastator so much bigger than the other combiners in the line is a huge turn off for me. I don't want him towering over the others...

    Hmm, colour me interested.
Now, do I keep my pre-order for the Hasbro version, or just plump for this one?
Need more details to make my mind up.
