I'm glad it's Classics-scale and not MP-scale (we can just wait for an official release), but count me in as someone that's waiting on confirmation of wrist swivels.

Agreed on both counts. It sounds ridiculous, but lack of wrist swivels is pretty much a deal breaker. Would be a huge shame too, because everything else about it looks awesome imo.

His arms look a lot like the TFA Voyager Starscream arms.

Again, that's the nicest Galvatron ever made.

I think they still need to work on the face a bit, otherwise I love it.

The sculpting looks amazing. Just those arms ... a swivel below the elbow also would be great, as he could keep his cannon from being underslung. Hopefully they're reading these posts and will make changes. I'm seeing no evidence whatsoever of wrist swivels. Never did a figure need it more.

Also, get that silver off the cannon barrel. Looks all wrong.

That's how half these start. It's not exactly hard to polish everything down before making molds.

I'm so jealous! Next year I should have be and my scanner. Garage kit tansforming leaderclass Blackouts! :)

I'm not seeing evidence not for swivels. All we've seen are picks with that region extremely shadowed, shadowing a recess big enough for the wrists to turn. Reminds me of Peaughs reviews of Azalea, these prototypes are often fragile, not fully functional, and just to illustrate a design. They may not want to force things. Prefect example is their Bladter prototype. If the company tat makes that figure isn't even willing to transform their proto from alt mode all the way, you know it's fragile.

There's no evidence for swivels because every single pic, and even the renders, have both hands at exactly the same angle. There's not even a slight difference. Meanwhile, we have seen a lot of other joints in action. What's why there's evidence of this not having swivels.

We haven't seen the bicep swivel in action either, but we know it's there because of the render.
I think that we need just a bit of patience, I guess that if it's not already there, they will add a wrist swivel eventually.

Comprehension of fragile prototypes was apparently lost on you. We can't see the joint, therefore it's still possible that it could be there. :duel

I love the fact that our fandom has cried and moaned about wanting a Galvatron. Well, here it is and all people can do is cry and moan some more about why it's NOT perfect. I really don't wonder why Hasbro and Takara don't make things for us. Why don't we just accept the fact that it's made and focus on the positives of it. This and Not Blaster look amazing.

It's not lost on me, it just doesn't apply in this case. Especially since the render show the hands at the exact same angle.

But there's still a chance it has wrist swivels. I'd love to be wrong about that.
