It's certainly a clear flaw in what is otherwise a magnificent toy. It bugs me, but that said, this is still the best Galvatron toy I've seen, and by every other factor on which I judge a transforming robot toy, this one is a winner.

Yeah, I personally found it to be bothersome. But the modification I came up with completely fixed the issue, and was really easy to do.

I honestly don't think he's too small myself. He's certainly not as chunky as kingdom Cyclonus, sure but shoulder to shoulder and head height they are really close.

I'll probably be selling mine as soon as I can see what the Kingdom Galvatron will be like when we get to see him, lol. I have the vintage colored version as well so if you can wait until we get to see the preview for the Kingdom figure and it is a good replacement for Mania King here, I'll have mine up for sale if not to someone here than on eBay.

I like this guy but before you jump in I'd suggest waiting to see Kingdom Galvatron. Mania King has been my CHUG Galvatron for some time but with the new Scourge and Cyclonus I have confidence that Kingdom Galvatron might take his place.

A recent leak indicated that Kingdom Galvatron is going to have those ghastly flip out fists with no forearm cover, so he's likely a pass for me. Hence why I'm looking at this guy.

If it's not any worse than the Siege or Earthrise Megatron I think I could live with that personally.I got my fingerses crossed at any rate.

I have Sovereign as my masterpiece Galvatron.

I have Big Cannon to serve as a big-ass, Leader Class CHUG to pair with other big-ass Leader Class CHUGs (CW Megatron, etc).

I have TR Galvatron because my son loves Titan Masters and triple changers, so that’s his Galvatron.

I’ll be getting Kingdom Galvatron to (hopefully) serve as my Voyager CHUG Galvatron, fitting the newer mainline scale.

Mania King will probably hang out with my stylized, Cybertronian, Planet X/Reformatted crew. He’ll always have a place in my collection.

Yeah, it may be acceptable. I'll wait for in-hand pictures, I guess, but forearm gaps are a thing of the past...and that's where they belong.

At the very least there may be room for a 3rd Party panel filler for those that don't mind that option. I do agree though that they shouldn't have to do that on a Voyager class figure at this point though, lol.

So now we've seen Galvatron... Ok I'm not as convinced Mania King is getting replaced.

I'll need both in hand to decide but I'm a little less enthused than I thought I would be

Which is funny because I'm way more enthused, lol. I do want to see more though, like the alt-mode for example and how tall he is and the like. The battle damage paint doesn't bother me because it looks quite easy to remove from what I can see about how it looks like it's applied. I definitely want to see more.

For me, Mania King is going with the 'Classics/Henkei/RTS era sweeps and Cyclonus. He looks better with them.

Got this guy in today. Haven't transformed him, but my initial impression is that he's...decent. Definitely showing his age what with the lack of modern articulation and the weird cod piece. The sculpt is as good in hand as in pictures, and the plastic quality is...decent. Not sure he's worth what I paid for him (and he's certainly wouldn't be worth the $110 he retailed for back in the day) but he definitely looks better than that derpy Kingdom figure.

Agree. Pretty sure I'll get derpy kingdom Galvatron, but based off the pictures and what's on my shelf now I think Mania King will continue to be my Galvatron displayed at this scale. Had him for years but I'm finally painting him now. Also probably going to paint Kingdom Cyclonus and see if that helps. One of the best looking official Cyclonus we've had, but he still seems off to me, which is maddening considering how absolutely perfect Scourge is.
