Got five pieces of this “display base” of UT Dragoon. Combined to form Driller, aka Colossus from DotM.
Black sprayed, dry brushed with silver.
The teeth on the rim is a pain in the arse. So many of them and I’m still working on them.

i am an old customer and so the toy store owner did me a favour. He asked the other buyers if they do not want the display stand. That’s how I got four more for an extreme cheap price. $100 Hong Kong dollar for 4 pcs.

I got 4 of them for $100 HKD, approx. $12.9 USD. That means $3.2 USD one piece.

 

Just an update. 90% finished. Still need a glossy coat, and maybe some rust? I don’t know.

I may stop at five too if the price is going too high. I just think it may look better if it’s a bit longer. And actually it’s missing the five tentacles, not sure if Uniquetoys will make them tho.

Update: Added some rust, will leave it for the moment. Hopefully will get the remaining four pieces soon.
