Not really. Its Lockdown's most iconic weapon. It was his big thing in Animated. I was pleasantly surprised when he actually had it in the movie, and I'm glad this figure has it.

Yeah, I agree. It was actually the first weapon we saw him wield in the trailers (well, aside from gun face), and a nice call back to his previous toys.

You get it all wrong :D
I like the Items he comes with. Since i have bought 2x i can even do this one:

    LD.jpg

I can not speak for other Collectors, but i for myself would pay more Money for more Weapons.

If they would add even more Weapons on Optimus, i would not care if there is a 20$ - 30$ Price increase.

Noobs be hatin' on the hook. Know your character history, foo'.
Not aversed to the idea of a weapon pack though. It would be cool to have a sort of armament jacket for the dog so you can store all the weapons on it, and possibly even increase the visual appeal of the dog at the same time.

I do not hate the Hook or the Dog.

It is just because iam a Sword and Wrist Blade Fanatic :D
Saw Optimus Prime to often in Action with his Overpowered Blades and played to much Assassins Creed ^_^

Mastermind Creations Lockdown had that Weapon Storage Pack, that could be added as a Part of his Jet Mode.

If I had to pick only ONE accessory for Lockdown to have, I would have chosen the hook. That and the fact that he’s tall and has a thick neck area are the ways he’s connected to the original. Plus a hook is a pretty good way to catch people if, y’know, that’s what you do for a living.

The dog and the seed would have been #253rd of the accessories I would have chosen. Don’t care one bit for them. If someone buys some shapeways accessories for this figure and wants to trade them with me for the do and seed let me know!

Maybe UT knew no one would care for the seed and doggo, so they decided to take the odd decision:lol . Anyway i would have picked the hook as his melee weapon any day. No blade or whatever says "lockdown" like the hook. If i had to pick and extra accessory i'd choose a spark extractor. I dont wanna overload my accessory storage:confused:

My dream would have been to have the hook flip out from his forearm so there would be no need to put it aside for vehicle mode, and have the spark extractor and blaster be attachments that fit on top of the folded up hook.

Lockdown having a hook is, like, the Lockdown thing. It was the weapon he technically used the most, and, I mean, come on, it's his hook. TFA Lockdown had a hook, ROTF Lockdown had a hook. I'd be pissed if he didn't come with it.

Got my Peru Kill today, amazing as everyone says. Mine appears to be missing the hook attachment - where in the box is the hook piece usually found? I got the baggie with the face piece and seed accessory, but no hook.

One good thing is that I also have Jaegertron and his extra hand accessories are interchangeable with Peru Kill. So I borrowed Jaeger's hook, and there are a few other pieces I can add if the mood strikes.

Another well made and attractive Unique Toys bot. They have fast become my favorite 3P company due to high quality and intricate transformations. This one in particular is nicely origami-like.

Would be cool if his shoulder missiles could pivot to above his shoulders pointing forwards like the one time he used them in the movie (or maybe he used them twice?).

Yours came with mines? I don't remember seeing him use those in the movie! :D

Sorry buddy, but that particular grammatical error was around long before you were born.

Also, I got bored at work:

Yes, thank you. Let's have a refresher course, shall we?

Mine: Ownership or possession of something. Also a location, a work area under ground.

Mines: hidden explosives in either the ground or undersea. Also, the plural of the mine (location) mentioned above.

"Mines is..." This? Absolutely reprehensible and is willful ignorance on a grand scale. Shows stupidity, laziness and a lack of class. It's ugly and inexcusable for English speakers.

"Mine's" is the correct usage. For example: "Do you have any patience left for ignorant people? Mine's gone."

    Could've: Contraction of could have.
    Should've: Contraction of should have.
    Would've: Contraction of would have.

Could of, should of, would of are inaccurate and don't actually exist as a word or a thing.

People get angry when they're corrected, or lash out at "Grammar Nazis" but they only have themselves to blame by being proud of their ignorance.

If you do know the difference and choose to sound ignorant and stupid, then I want you to be seen and not heard. Shame on you for perpetuating this disgusting display.

And thank you, World Prime for saying something. Gives me hope that all is not lost.
