Here's a free Unicron Cosplay Helmet template for you guys to make. PDO is for Pepakura Viewer, if you don't have the program then use the PDF file. This is best made using EVA foam of 5-8mm thick. Perfect for cosplay, or just displaying it with your CHUG figures. Have fun!

Using some pep templates, courtesy of @kentan99, here's a first attempt.















































Not too shabby for a "short" build. With a little more attention to detail and some added surface features, this could look great.
Gonna track down some green acetate or something for the eyes.

It is. I really just knocked it out in a few "hours". My templates were even off cause I printed them out at work. So with more accurate templates, better cuts, and some added details, it could look really awesome. Already have plans for a version 2, and want to size it up ... a lot.
