I literally thought the allude of the "other version" Rewind remembers is another reference nod. And I completely missed the single panel in DOOP. Wait… so of all the things that came out of nowhere, including the 13 primes, fembots, enigma of combination…you are telling me Unicron is the one thing then didn't shoehorned in? Annoyed, Overly Sarcastic Rant Incoming.... So not only is Unicron redone, the Transformers who've faced him countless times have absolutely NO idea who he is, or how to stop him. (again) His design is obviously based on the Bay Universe (yay) (sarcasm) So tired of shit getting redone over and over and over and over (x infinite) over again. Will comic companies ever do original story telling? (OH wait I forgot, so long as HASBRO runs everything including IDW, it seems "NO" we will never get anything original ever again. Including proper continuity) Unicron's weakness is the matrix as always, just open it and kill him again. no big deal we know the McGuffin already, now make it happen so we can more on. ...and like all comic book Universes, nobody in this one ever stays dead. So Bee is coming back in either OP or TFvsVisionaries. And speaking of TvV; Wheeljack comes out unscathed and i assume; Cybertron aswell.
I\'m really glad they got Alex Milne to work on this! I can\'t wait to see what his design for Unicorn will be, escpecially the robot mode!

Glad that of all the possible artists for IDW, Milne's getting to at least do the art for the beginning of the continuities grand finale. Hoping he'll get more than just one issue, but it's still pretty great after loosing out on Lost Light that he's getting to do something as big as this
So I'm guessing they are going to reboot the universe and start where Generations is rebooting in 2019, at the War for Cybertron before they find Earth?

This is the SECOND time in TF comics that Unicron has been featured. And it’s clearly very different to the first time. 2. The matrix is NOT always Unicron’s weakness. In the Unicron Trilogy, he states that he is immune to everything so long as hatred exists. And he gets destroyed through physical force. 3. They only have half a matrix. And that’s just a useless lump of rock.
It hasn’t happened yet. This is an inadvertent Spoiler. We know he’s alive, but he hasn’t gotten back yet.
This arc/crossover isn't shaping up too great regardless. But I wouldn't mind Unicron eating all that's on that ship except Wheeljack and Soundwave at this point.
Ok that's what I thought, he's still phased between dimensions or something in a way that only Starscream can see him right now right?
