http://http://hurtermonkey.blogspot.com/2008/07/who-watches-watchers-of-underfist.html Thats irght, Irwin, Hoss Delgato, Jeff the Spider, Skarr, and Fred Fred Burger are back as a new crime fighting team!!!
Hoss looked really badass. And Fred Fredburger is all kinds of funny and awesome. "F...R...E...D......F...R...E...D....B....U...R.........G........................ER, Fred Fredburger, YES!"
This is going to be a series?!? That's the best TV related news I've heard in a while. The movie was funny as hell. Good to see Billy and Mandy continuing in some form or another, it was one of those shows that just kept getting better.
Caught it yesterday, and enjoyed it. More action oriented then Billy and Mandy (which I love) but totally in the same vibe and quite enjoyable if you're into that scene. Hoss's redesign is full-on brutal looking, which was cool. I especially got a kick out of the unlikely duo of Jeff the Spider and Fred Fredburger (YES!). Maxwell Atoms has said he has at least 2 more Underfist specials planned and would be up to doing them (or even an Underfist series) but it's all up to Cartoon Network, but since their shift in management it seems sort of unlikely (unless Underfist does well enough in the ratings). The thing I like most is that at least some elements are very obvious homages to Hellboy. Underfist and its logo, the particular design for Hoss's fist, and it kinda goes in hand with the paranormal parts of it too of course. I wanted to see it simply to find out if it goes any farther than that.
