Aren't all of the Ultraman figures now SS?

 

Not from the recent shows like Decker, but those are also in the 40 dollar range.

 

Nope, a regular S.H.Figuarts release.

A Shinkocchou Seihiou is but a dream...

 

I hope we see the release of those Animated Series Ultraman figures that were shown at Tamashii. At least Ace, I love that suit.

 

That would explain the lack of bicep swivel but not the insane price.

 

You know I was wondering if it was just me that thought a lot of the SHF new Ultramen look SS style. I really noticed it on Astra. The legs don’t look far off from my V3.

I’m hoping for SS Ultraseven. I’m not fond of that metallic one and was surprised there wasn’t anything at the Tamashii event a few months back with the 55th going on.

 

So a lot of the episodes on disc 2 of Cosmos were quite good with my favorite being a two parter with a dead girl. There's also an episode where the aliens remind me of the Dada. Oh, and my second favorite might be the last one with a ghost samurai.

 

Question: What is the other Shin Ultraman in this video?

It looks like the old Figuarts Shin Ultra, but he's got an awesome looking specium ray accessory. I may be mistaken (since I got Mafex Shin Ultra) but I thought the Figuarts version didn't come with any accessories. Is this a new version, yet to be released?

 

The beam comes with First Contact Ultraman.

Finished 49 episodes of Cosmos. So this is the part when it first got cancelled, right?

 

First got canceled? I'm pretty sure if it was planned to end there, it would have.

 

I think he’s referring to the scandal Musashi’s actor was caught up in that basically got the show canceled for a short period before he was apparently cleared of any wrong doing. If I’m remembering correctly anyway.

 

Well given they only skipped like 5 episodes (and they were all even numbered ones), could it really be considered canceled when it was already 65 episodes to begin with?

I'm still unclear as to why it was 65 episodes, but whatever.

 

After several purchases and returns, I finally have a complete Orb set with the damn slipcover. Now it won't look naked on the shelf anymore.

 

And today Max has arrived which means I finally have the complete Ultra shelf
