ultra magnus robots in disguise problem

    i recently bought omega prime off of craigslist, and the figure is in good shape and is complete. but the only problem is with the ultra magnus figure. the electronics on the mount where the guns are supposed to be placed arent working, does anyone else have this problem? and if so do you know what i can do to fix it?

    try replacing the batteries, or if you're really brave you can take it apart to check all the wiring and buttons.

    Does the voicebox button on his backpack work? Bc/ if it does, that would indicate an issue with the wiring or buttons on the gun mount part...
