Quick question for those collectors owning UK/European versions of Legends/Universe Transformers:

So I've been checking those Legends figs from 2007/2008, and apart from the obvious box/card differences (mainly on the back, including the CE, and the 2in1 images) I have noticed that all the figs that I have seen for sale in eBay during the last few years don't have the small copyright marks next to the names and logos on their cards (that you can clearly see in the US counterparts).

Do you guys know if this is normal? what are the chances that absolutely all European versions of these figs in Ebay are some sort of KOs?
have you observed this 'anomaly' or 'variations' in these (or other) official and authentic hasbro products in Europe?
