After arming the Autobots with the Libertas shield (Heavy/Scratch: - Libertas Autobot Shield), balance needed to be restored in the cosmos and we bestowed the Tyrannis Decepticon Shield on the opposing faction! Similar to its heroic counterpart, the evil Tyrannis Shield transforms from an imposing shield which is carried by the Decepticon warrior into combat, to an attack drone to further boost the Decepticons' air superiority! The buzz of an entire swarm of these drones are sure to dissuade any Autobots from meddling in the cons' evil plans for domination! Siege effects can be added on to give the drone an additional boost: For missions where stealth is more the name of the game, an alt mode of a much smaller recon drone which is launched from a base station can be used. Why risk laserbeak when these drone are more.... expandable? When all goes badly in combat (as it oft does for the Deceptison), it may just come back down to melee combat, so using the top portions of the shield allows for multiple spear or hammer configurations.
