1: Is there an official name for the 'pillars'?

2: Why were the decepticons the only ones who went back through the space bridge? Why werent the autobots sucked through aswell?

 

I believe Pillars is the Official name for them I Could be wrong though
And Only the decepticons Ships were sucked back up not the cons on the ground

2. I believe that the pillars were the only thing keeping the Decepticons there, so when it was destroyed, the ships got sucked up.

2. It's called a plot hole. Just best to ignore it.

 

1. As everyone before have said, official name is the Pillars.

2. This is all speculation on my part, but I think that the Decepticons ships that got sucked up all had a Pillar on board. When the Control Pillar got fragged, the Bridge collapsed in on itself and drew all the Pillars towards the vortex. If a ship had a Pillar on board, it too got drawn in.

 

That might be the best explanation that someone could maybe come up with actually...
