I like what I see but not for $45.

 

This. While I'm not too fond of getting Megs or Prime as Voyagers, I'd definately pick up a Jetfire Voyager assuming it's a vast improvment over the leader. I couldn't really give a crap about combining him with Prime, so losing that feature won't be an issue. I just want a good looking SR-71 Blackbird Transformer.

He looks awful from the back, I may only buy this at clearance on impulse now. This is a real let down considering it's a fecking SR-71, this was supposed to be awesome.  

Big hell yeah to leader screamer though I'm not gonna get my hopes up too much just yet in case he sucks too.

the Starscream Leader is music to my ears. I hope his repaint is without the symbols though.

Well, here we have another robot with an entire jet on his back.

Seriously, what the hell? I will reserve final judgement until I see the combined with prime mode. But sofar, I am thinking "PASS!"

 

Oh my goodness, well, the design is very interesting, but colour-wise.. It sucks.   I mean, how could Hasbro come up with a dull blue-grey scheme for this figure whilst other parts of his robot mode are black. IMO, the colour scheme makes him too ugly. And I really think having 80 to 90% of his body BLACK would be great.

Nevertheless.. still a very good design. Head is very original and does make him look like a former Decepticon. But still colours are terrible..

 

oh Jetfire I'd totally think you were a fail if you were not just a gaint back pack for prime.

also Screamer gets a leader toy... ok this should look interesting

Still not sold on it, but I give the toy credit for the amount of details it has.

 

So ... it's a really ugly, oversized, overpriced Movie version of Universe Silverbolt? With a cane?

If the combo looks decent, I might get him -- otherwise, pass.

Also, a Leader Starscream isn't guaranteed to be any better than the Voyager. Hastak is seriously hit-or-miss with larger molds (Supreme class, in particular). I'm only getting the Voyager because the transformation is so over-the-top; unless the Leader is something similar with better hand-hiding, I won't bother.
