Quick question. I ordered two items from a Chinese seller on ebay, Kingslayer777, at the beginning of March. The first arrived, and the second is in limbo. At this point it's been two months and the seller blames coronavirus. After two months, I requested a refund and there has been no response yet. How would you proceed?
It's not inconceivable that it would still arrive. I ordered something from a store in China late February, went into limbo 3/3 and arrived 5/4. I had ordered other items later from the same store that arrived earlier.
