Damn. Toy world are all over the shop now. Bayverse, Legends, Beast Wars plus a couple of others I’ve probably missed.

This is a sign that MP market is saturated or the cost of engineering/production is becoming too big and lot of manufacturers are moving towards simpler toys with less engineering (less joints), less materials (less diecast, no rubber tyres, less ratchets due to lighter models), less paintings, less details (but this due to the "toon" orientation of the market is valid also for MP) and so on.

Maybe. Or it could be other reasons. Toyworld already tried MP and it didn’t go well for them. Maybe they wanted to do something different? Or maybe their agreement with Zeta is to stay out of MP? Or maybe the new designers they hired prefer to do Legends or Bayverse. Maybe they did the economic analysis and decided they could produce Legends stuff quicker and cheaper and make more money? Maybe they just really wanted to do Wheeljack but didn’t want to compete with MP-20? Maybe they just saw that Legends scale is booming with all the recent releases and decided to throw their hat in the ring.
Assuming it says something about MP is a stretch, especially given the continued popularity of that size and scale with customers and the expansion into IDW, BW and Bayverse at MP size.

It seems TW is trying to redefine themselves which isnt really surprising since they must have brought on new designers. The problem is they really are all over the board and they are going to need some consistency in their product line to create brand loyalty. Their projects seem very random and are potentially one-off figures.

In order to have a really successful product, TW needs to make sure they are releasing figures that will integrate with other pre-established lines (either 3P or official). Unfortunately, TW has a long history of doing their own thing but they dont have the dedication to continue any sort of coherent “line”.

I think we’ll see TW struggle as other 3Ps are better set to create brand loyalty within their niche markets.

Nice figure, it has some cues from New Age BB figures. Aesthetics wise easy pre order.

I do love Wheeljack, but I probably wait to see what Iron Factory is planning. Nice to have options though.

Color me intrigued. G1- easy buy
Cyberverse- why not? It'll probably the nicest cyberverse anything. Wouldn't that be a trip, if third parties made the Just Nice Toys version of more cyberverse designs than Hasbro?
    Exhaust- depends on the price.

I’d prefer if it wasn’t legends. Toyworld is really struggling these days.

i cant tell if there's a thigh swivel or ankle tilt. almost looks like they do have them. i'm assuming they all have waist swivels.
