They're part of the arcade games. The pictures are Animated and MP figures, but you swipe them on the arcade game to unlock stuff. There's a shooting game and a driving game. A search (Oh noes!) will reveal that all the cards, YouTube videos of the games, and more have been posted in the news forum here.
