This has been mentioned in a few of the sightings threads, but I don't know if it's been front paged yet. I saw them myself over the weekend at a local TRU along with Startosphere.
I found these yesterday at walmart (marked as a walmart exclusive product), making them probably the first TRU's exclusives sold in Mexico.
Didn't know these weren't out in the US yet. I'm not interested in either of those figures but definitely not interested in the $50 CAD price tag that they're asking for over here.
$35 for toys that were originally worth $30+tax does seem kinda unfortunate... but they're still the main toys I want from the movie line
I had them in my hands, but the yellow paint on Whirl made me put them back. Very sloppy. I have to limit my purchases this time around. Running out of space!
I went through about 20 of them at TRU to find one with good paint apps. I only found two out of the bunch that I would have purchased, I picked one of them up. Whirl is great figure for that mold.
I still want Bludgeon. but YUCK.... I can't stand that Whirl. That's the only thing keeping me from buying the set...I hate that helicopter mold SO much...and I don't know anyone who wants to split a set.
I put my Blugeon on Ebay if you want it you can have it for $20 shipped. I bought the set for Whirl. I no longer collect decepticons.
These hadn't been found in certain parts yet? Go figure. The first day stuff was released on 30 May, my Toys R Us in Ontario, CA had a bunch of these along with the other RotF Voyagers.
