I was wondering about the US Toys R' Us Reissues, is there a list anywhere anyone knows of that might tell me who has been released and when? :huh Also if I can't find this does anyone know if Springer was reissued yet? :huh Thanks
Springer wasn't. I don't know them all but here's what I can remember- Prime Magnus Rodimus Jazz Tracks Silverstreak Hoist Grapple Red Alert Inferno Sideswipe Astrotrain Starscream Skywarp Thundercracker Dirge Hope that helps.
I don't think Springer has been reissued. Not in the US for sure. As for the TRU US reissues I'll see if I can remember them: Optimus Prime Ultra Magnus Powermaser Optimus Prime w/Apex Armor(God Ginrai) Rodimus Major(Hot Rod) Tracks Skids Inferno Grapple Hoist Jazz Riccochet(Stepper) Red Alert Sideswipe(although this never showed up in TRU here. It went to Kaybe within the last few months) Starscream Thundercracker Skywarp Dirge Smokescreen Silverstreak(Bluestreak) Prowl Also, we got four of the minbots as keychains: Bumblebee Cliffjumper Windcharger Brawn I think that's all. If I missed one, I'm sure someone else will correct me.
Thanks guys, what about Rodimus Prime? I thought I seen a Rodimus Prime in one of the Toys R' Us around here the other day. But I can't remember which one. I bet someone took him by now though unless he is a new release?
There aren't any new releases. The reissues have been done for a while. Rodimus was one of the last ones, along with Grapple, I think. The last ones were Sideswipe and Ricochet (Stepper in Japan), though Sideswipe was an odd case. Astrotrain is the last of the lot, but he only available on Hasbro's online toystore.
Ok, these lists are good, but they leave stuff out. Also, they give you no sense of "when" they were released. Here is the breakdown. ( I have them all ) Fun4All Keychains Bumblebee Cliffjumper Brawn Windcharger CSI Optimus Prime Ultra Magnus Rodimus Major ( Hotrod ) CSII Powermaster Optimus Prime with Apex armor Starscream CSIII Autobot Jazz Silverstreak Thundercracker CSIV Prowl Red Alert Skywarp CSV Tracks Hoist Inferno CSVI Smokescreen Grapple CSVII Rodimus Prime Dirge CSVIII Skids Sideswipe ( KB Exclusive in the states ) CSIX Richochet Astrotrain ( HTS Exclusive ) They came out in pretty much that order too. The only exception being Sideswipe and Astrotrain. They for some reason never saw the shelf at TRU, only to be released after the line ended at alternate locations.

The sad thing is that even though it was limited to just 3000 pieces, it still has not sold out. Man, no wonder TRU pulled the plug on the line.
Or maybe a lot of people already bought the Takara bookstyle white Astrotrain, and the Hasbro rerelease not being a reissue of it's American version doesn't appeal to enough non-hardcore people. I bought the TFC and E-hobby releases and was kind of hoping that if and when Hasbro did one, he'd be in the original toy's colors despite the badassness of getting a reissue of an insanely expensive previously Japanese only toy (white) and pipe dream turned reality repaint (anime). That said, I bought the Hasbro one anyway.
