Didn't see this in a quick search, soo...

Sorry I don't have photos, but I noticed two different package designs for the TRU grimlock 2-pack. I don't know which version is newer or rarer, as I saw both on the same shelves today. The main difference between the box variants is the size of the illustrations of G1 and Movie Grimlock on the front. One version has larger illustrations that cover a large portion of the toys inside. The other has smaller illustrations that allow the toys to be seen better (I suspect this version may be the later revision)

Here's the "big" illo package, where you can see the movie Grimmy Illo covers over a lot of the toy behind it.

    And here's the 'small' version:

Is it just me, or does the second box look physically smaller too?

I've seen the smaller box version today at my local TRU. I didn't buy it since I already have AOE Voyager Grimlock and have no interest in that other Grimlock.

Is the Voyager Grimlock in this set exactly the same as the standalone Voyager? Or does it have some deco differences?

I love how Energon Grimlock is billed as a 1984 toy when it was first released in 2005. :sly2:

Made even better by the fact that G1 Grimlock wasn't even released in 1984.
